This hot sauce was featured on Season 11 of the viral show Hot Ones.  It was made and is a perfect compliment to Jamaican Jerk chicken, but it works AWESOME with all smoked meats.  This hot sauce is a MUST GET for meat shops/ BBQ restaurants/ Butcher shops.
