Makes 5 recipes, a yield of 12.5 cups or 100 oz. of delicious dip.
What you Need:
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Parmesan & Artichoke Dip mix
- 125 ml (1/2 cup/4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 1 can (398 ml/14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
What to do:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients (reserving 30 ml/2 tbsp Parmesan). Transfer to a heat-proof dish. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350˚F (180˚C), For 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden on top.
