Stonewall Strawberry Margarita Recipe

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA 

1/2 cup strawberries, pureed in a food processor
3 ounces tequila
2 ounces Stonewall Kitchen Strawberry Margarita Mixer
1 ounce Triple Sec
2-4 Tablespoons agave nectar
Optional Coarse salt to rim glasses Strawberries and lime for garnish

Combine the pureed strawberries, tequila, Margarita Mixer and Triple Sec in a shaker with ice. Shake well. If strawberries are not sweet enough, add agave nectar to taste. Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a margarita glass. Spread salt on plate and dip rim into it. Fill glass with ice. Strain drink into glass and garnish with a lime and strawberry.

 

Spicy Corn Relish Salsa Stonewall Kitchen

 

CORN & BLACK BEAN SALSA

1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Spicy Corn Relish
1 can Black beans - 15 ounce, rinsed and drained
4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
3/4 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients, toss and serve.

 

Mango Glazed Salmon Stonewall Recipe

 

GLAZED SALMON

1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Mango Lime Salsa
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tablespoons seeded serrano chili
2 Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Prepare barbecue on medium-high heat. Combine Mango Lime Salsa with cilantro and chili and season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush both sides of salmon with oil. Grill until just opaque in center, 5-7 minutes per side. Serve with salsa, green salad and crusty bread.

Raspberry Marscapone Dream Scone Recipe

Raspberry & Marscapone Dream Scones

1 bag Maison Zoe Ford Dream Scone Mix
1 stick of very cold unsalted butter (113.5 g or ½ cup) cut into ½ inch cubes
¾ cups plus 2 tbsp of heavy cream or ¾ cups buttermilk
1-2 bananas of any ripeness, in ½ inch slices
3 tbsp of coarse or granulated sugar, if desired

Follow instructions on the bag. Makes 8 standard size scones or 20 mini scones.

Cut scones lengthwise to create a top and bottom. Fill with Stonewall Kitchen Raspberry Peach Champagne Jam and Marscapone Whipped Topping. For mini scones, top with a dollop of jam followed by marscapone topping.

Marscapone Whipped Topping

8 oz marscapone cheese
3 Tbs confectioner's sugar, sifted
2 Tbs heavy whipping cream

Mix well and chill for 1 hour before using.

 

 

Blueberry Stuffed French Toast Stonewall Recipe

Blueberry Stuffed French Toast 

1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (8 ounces or 5 cups) 
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes 
1/2 cup fresh blueberries 
1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Jam 
6 large eggs, slightly beaten 
1/3 cup Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup 
1 cup milk 

Blueberry Syrup: 
1/2 cup Wild Maine Blueberry Jam 
2 Tablespoons water 
1 Tablespoon butter 
Dash of cinnamon 

Grease a deep-dish pie pan. Place half of the French bread cubes in the bottom of the prepared pie dish. Equally distribute the cream cheese cubes, fresh blueberries, and Wild Maine Blueberry Jam over the top of the bread cubes. Top with remaining bread cubes. 

In a medium size bowl combine the eggs, syrup and milk. Whisk until uniform. Pour over bread mixture. Place in refrigerator for several hours or preferably overnight.  

Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake approximately 15-30 minutes more, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden.  

While the casserole bakes, combine the syrup ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat over low heat on the stovetop. Drizzle over each serving.

Momofuku Noodle Bowl Recipe

Fridge Clean-Out Noodle Stir Fry


Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles
Momofuku Soy Sauce
Agave
Olive oil
Chopped vegetables

Start by cooking as many packs of Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles as you need (about 2 packs for 2–3 people). Boil for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.

Optional: While they cook, cube a pack of firm tofu and toss it with some Momofuku Soy Sauce and a bit of agave. Or, cube and cook the meat of your choice!

In a hot pan with olive oil, sauté a few handfuls of chopped veggies (like cabbage and mushrooms) for 3 minutes. Add the tofu/meat and cook until everything is browned but not mushy.

Mix in the noodle sauce and scallions, then add the noodles. Stir, cook for 1 more minute, and adjust seasoning to taste.

** Top your noodles with Momofuku Chili Crunch, soft-boiled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, and/or a drizzle of chili oil to enhance the flavor.

Hot Spinach Artichoke Mix Recipe

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 Cup Good quality Mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Jar (6 ½ oz) Artichoke Hearts
½ cup Crab, Shrimp, or Almonds (optional)
5 Tbs AIN'T NO JOKE Spinach Artichoke Dip Mix

Be sure to mix contents of the package well before measuring. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Put in an ovenproof dish. Refrigerate at least three hours. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes at 325F or until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread squares.

 

Charlies Favorite Chicken Salad Recipe

Almond Chicken Salad
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 Tbs CHARLIE’S CHOICE Almond Chicken Salad Mix

Mix together the mayo, sour cream and Charlie's Choice mix. Chill overnight. Add chicken and chopped celery; stir together well. Place in a serving container with crackers or fill your favorite croissant or sandwich roll.

 

Maple Bacon Onion Jam Cheeseball Recipe

Maple Bacon Onion Cheeseball
16 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 - 1/3 cup Stonewall Kitchen Maple Bacon Onion Jam
1 cup finely shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, chopped

Mix cream cheese, jam, green onions and pepper. Chill until stiff (approximately 1 hour). Drop onto parchment paper. Form mixture into cheese ball, using parchment paper to prevent sticking. Roll in chopped pecan/dried cranberry/parsley mixture. Serve chilled.

1 pkg pearl mozzarella
1 pkg cherry tomato,
1/2 cup whole basil leaves,
1 bottle Stonewall Kitchen Balsamic Fig Dressing

Skewer ingredients. Drizzle generously with dressing.

 Best Chicken Wild Rice Soup Mix Recipe

Chicken Wild Rice Soup


1 bag of The Secret Garden Wild Rice Soup Mix
3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
7 cups of water
½ cup plain half-and-half
1 pkg fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)

 

Stir package ingredients into water in slow-cooker or large stock pot. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer. Add chicken and option veggies. Cook all day in a slow-cooker or 2 to 3 hours in a pot on your stove on low. Before serving, add 1/2 cup of plain half-and-half, dairy or non-dairy. Makes 7 - 8 cups. Leftovers can be frozen.

Lemon Drop Stonewall Drink Mix Recipe

Lemon Drop Martini 
2 oz vodka 
2 oz Lemon Drop Mixer from Stonewall Kitchen (24 oz bottle makes 12) 
1/2 oz triple sec 

Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

Replace vodka with non-alcoholic ginger beer and omit the triple sec.
